The saloon car manufacture technology has becomes a symbol of a country's science and technology development level. As a key accessory of cars, the alnico wheel hub is important to the safety and comfort performance. The overseas market is become more and more strict in the wheel hub's manufacture precision. Only well tested wheel hubs could be exported.The high precision wheel hub test system, which is mentioned in the article, can get several parameters of hub at one time, such as surface runout, the dynamic balance, installing holes' size parameter. The installing holes' size parameter test module is described in details. We get the installing holes' diameters and positions using auto image recognition technology.At the beginning, the wheel hub test machine development situation is presented. Following is the auto image recognition technology, and its developments and situations. Then we describe in detail about how to get the hub installing holes' parameter using auto image recognition technology. At last, part of the software functional module of the measure system is introduced, with the test results and error analysis.
