Shooting intensity parameter is an important indicator of the performance of light weapons.With the development of the range testing technology, the automatic measurement system of shooting density parameter is emerging.But how to evaluate the measurement accuracy of the automatic measurement system has not been solved well. In order to meet the demand of high precision automatic measurement of paper target hole in the measurement accuracy of the automatic measurement system of light weapon firing intensity, this paper adopts the scanner to obtain the paper target hole image, image recognition and the method of calculating the hole coordinates. The hardware selection,software design and other related work, and the error measurement and experimental verification are carried out. The main work and the results of the study are as follows:Firstly, The automatic test system of light weapon firing intensity parameter is studied,and the overall design scheme is put forward. The program obtains the paper target hole image by the scanner, preprocesses the image, calculates the hole coordinates with the hole recognition algorithm, the results are compared with the accuracy of the test results of the automatic test system of the light weapon firing intensity parameter.Secondly, the image processing algorithms such as filtering, binarization, corrosion,expansion and bullet hole recognition are studied, The image processing program based on Matlab is written and simulated. The calculation formula of the shooting intensity of light weapons and the calculation method of the center coordinates of the bullet hole are researched.And use C # language programming design evaluation system display module, parameter calculation module, interface module and the main interface control module and other program code with Visual Studio 2013 development platform. The automatic calculation function of the center coordinates of the paper target hole and the parameters of the shooting intensity are realized by invoking Matlab image processing package dynamic link library (DLL) file.Finally, the error analysis of the measurement system is carried out, and the feasibility of the designed measurement system is verified by reality firing test.The method of paper target coordinate high precision measurement can not only be used for the accuracy evaluation of automatic test system for intensity parameters of various principles, but also can be used in the measurement of reality fire intensity in enterprise production.
