Pollutant NOx emission by coal combustion in power plant is an increasing threat to environment and human health. Low-NOx strategies have emerged as the times require. In the paper, NOx of power plant on the generation mechanism, failure mechanism and the low-NOx strategies measures summarized. The researchers discovered temperature is one of the factors that affect the generation of NOx, then the pivot of this paper is the calculation of flue gas temperature of furnace .The calculation of furnace outlet flue gas temperature is the most important in the bolier thermodynamic calculation ,There was no way to measure the furnace exit gas temperature, we have no way of knowing their veracious values, and the furnace exit gas temperature in the area that can inhibit the generation of NOx. In this study ,using a actual power plant operating data, the thermodynamic formula , mathematics model , MATLAB program under variable load the furnace outlet gas temperature calculation.
