In recent years, many power plants use low quality coal because the tight supply of coal resources and coal fluctuations of coal-fired power station. The deviation from the design coal for the safe operation of low quality coal to the boiler to bring many new problems, such as the furnace exit gas temperature increases, combustion stability is poor, superheater and so on. At present, many coal-fired power plants are trying to solve these problems. In this paper, took a 1000MW unit as a study object, researched the effect of coal on the unit operating mode and studied its operation adjustment .This article was taken in the actual burning thermal power plants based on coal degradation, the actual power plant data fitting and data processing power combined with the principle of blending coal degradation model is proposed. Based on hearth radiation heat transfer and Superheater heat calculation to analysis the mechanism, using Simulink simulation tools of MATLAB to create the furnace radiation heat transfer and the calculation of Superheater simulation model in the simulation environment. An algorithm based on the deterioration of coal quality and heat of the boiler flue temperature model was proposed with coal model combined with the simulation model. In the model analysis and debugging process, from the deterioration of coal quality on the unit three aspects of the important parameters of thermal system, the experimental results show that: the theoretical combustion temperature increased with little change in coal ash, and coal with water increase in the theoretical combustion temperature decreased significantly; with the increase of moisture and ash in coal furnace exit tobacco exports superheater mild flue gas temperature was increased, and moisture than ash. Unit of radiant heat or water with the increase in coal ash is reduced, and the water was greater than ash. The feasibility of adjustment programs on the analysis of power plant, from the air flow into the boiler, burner and burner start and stop mode three operation modes for the low quality coal burning to find the adverse effects and appropriate adjustment measures.The research results and the actual power plants are basically the same situation occurred, and proposed adjustment in line with the power plant burning normal solution which provide to the optimization of boiler combustion a certain experimental basis.
