The condition evaluation and maintenance decision are important parts for the DEH Control System's condition base maintenance. The main faults of DEH Control System are confirmed by FMEA firstly in the paper, the character parameters of evaluation are distilled according to the main faults. The variable weight theory and fuzzy theory is used on the condition evaluation of DEH Control System. It's can get objective results. This model can be used on the other equipments of power plant usually. And the result of evaluation can afford scientific basis for condition base maintenance. Markovian decision process is introduced to study deterioration law and maintenance decision-making in decision process. A maintaining optimization model of DEH is built and case studies is carried through using the model to get optimum maintaining policy.
