Substation equipment plays a important role in power control and distribution in power system,so its safe operation is very important.How to avoid the occurrence of unexpected power outage,maximum limit shorten the outage time,reduce equipment maintenance costs,prolong the service life of equipment,implement equipment optimization,has become an important topic to the electric power industry,and contains a huge economic and social benefits.Considering the maintenance of equipment usually includes inspection,evaluation,decision-making,maintenance,therefore,this article analyzed the condition based maintenance of substation equipment from the condition detection technology,the condition evaluation model,the maintenance decision.Firstly,this paper studied the basic theory of condition based maintenance,which included condition detection,condition evaluation and maintenance decision.Condition detection technology mainly included routing inspection,power cut experiment and online detection.Then it studied the condition evaluation procedure and it concluded that the condition evaluation is a process of expanding from small to big and also from part to whole.It graded the evaluation results.Then it studied the maintenance decision from three aspects: maintenance category,maintenance cycle and maintenance scheme.Secondly,it analyzed optimized maintenance strategy of transformer from the perspective of theoretical analysis.According to the requirement of evaluation booklet of electric transmission and transformation equipment in State Grid Corporation,it set a specific mark reducing value and studied mark reducing rules of quantitative condition variation and qualitative condition variation and proposed condition evaluation model of transformer based on scoring method.For maintenance cycle,it studied the maintenance cycle from the perspective of the maximum availability and then explained the counting process.For framing principle of the optimized maintenance strategy,it made different maintenance scheme for different transformer referring to the condition evaluation results and standard maintenance cycle.Lastly,it analyzed optimized maintenance strategy of transformer in Langfang power supply company.From the maintenance evaluation results,it was clear that the transformer was in seriously abnormal condition and it needed repairing immediately.After repairing the transformer,the result was the same with maintenance result so that the scheme proposed in this paper was efficient.
