This paper presents detailed theory study and ANSYS finite element analysis on the loading capability of polystyrene composite walls which are used as external walls in steel house.Firstly, according to the support characteristics and behavior forms of polystyrene composite external walls, a computational model for 4-point-supported rectangle wallboard is founded. The model gives emphasis to the infection of geometric size C, which is a measurement from the center of a hole to the nearest side in the 4-point-supported-board. This paper changed the outside part of supported point the equivalent moment and shearing force, and conformed the boundary conditions according to the equivalent. A new deflection function has been founded through the theory of thin plate with little deflections. Based on boundary conditions, the formula of deflection function has been gained.Secondly, the finite mode of polystyrene composite walls has been founded by ANSYS finite element soft. The behavior character of polystyrene composite walls has been analyzed by only considering the liner part of concrete material for the external wall mode with holes or not. Based on the date results obtained, the stress changing disciplinarian of reinforcing steel bar and inclined wiry in the middle of concrete wall under even load have been summed up, in addition to the stress changing disciplinarian of polystyrene composite walls under even load. Some analysis on the stress distribution of reinforcing steel bar and inclined wiry has been done in this paper and the effect of reinforcing steel bar and inclined wiry bearing the weight of even load has been expatiated in detail. Aimed at the main factor affecting the polystyrene composite walls carrying capacity, the span and thickness of wall, collocation of steel wire net and inclined wire, the thickness of polystyrene composite walls and intension of steel wire have all been contrasted to the results computed by ANASYS and some conclusions has been obtained. At last, based on the compute formula of rectangle board deflection 4-point-supported-board in chapter two, the concept of equivalent thickness and affecting factors of inclined wire intensity has been put forward, and the compute formula of rectangle board deflection has been obtained by a series of deducing forsingle material with thickness of t_e simplified by polystyrene composite walls.
