Study On The Reliability Of Composite Foundation's Bearing Capacity With CFG Pile

The study of reliability began in 1930s when it focused in airplane mainly. The use of reliability in structure designing began in 1940s and the use in geotechnical engineering later because there are lots of uncertainty and un-known factors. It is more difficult in geotechnical engineering to use the theory of reliability, so is composite foundation with CFG pile.Composite foundation with CFG pile is used in engineering abroad as its economy, quick construction and reinforcement. By researching and using yearly, it is very important in basic construction. As we know, it can reinforce multi-building even high level building under30 floors. And the effect of reinforcement is good. The practice of engineering improved the theory of design. At present its theory is already more matured. The criterion of nation is perfected gradually. Accompanied with the practice and research, the theory is head to regionalization. However the study of reliability of bearing capacity is still newer.Basing on referring lots of study of reliability, this paper study the reliability of bearing capacity of composite foundation with CFG pile. The content of this paper mainly contains:As there are lots of factors which influence the bearing capacity of composite foundation, the equation that is used for calculating bearing capacity is constructed difficultly. The formula which is used mostly now is under test. The result depends on the empirical coefficient's choice. The design in the practical engineering is usually inclined to safe. Compared with the data from static load test, the errors between design value and detection value are mostly larger. So how to determinate reasonably bearing capacity of composite foundation becomes important in design of the composite foundation with CFG pile. According to practical cases, this paper discusses the appliance in ground treatment of architecture engineering and study the reliability. The purpose of this paper is to apply the composite foundation with CFG pile economically and safely for designer.
