Research And Development On Management System Of Account Payable And Receivable In ERP

With the close integration between computer internet and modern enterprise management technology, ERP will be popularly put into use in many enterprises, It has become a powerful tool which can improve the level of business administration and strengthen the competing force. The developing trend and direction of finance management system is integrated finance management based on the frame of ERP system, and Account payable and receivable management system is very important unit included in ERP finance management. Valid account payable (AP ) management is so helpful to the managers which can show us paying properly according to the actual situation of the enterprise,so as to keep the interest and heighten the credit standing;at the same time Scientific account receivable (AR) management ,according to the management of customer's account receivable and actual number of payment, can provide the data about the payment in arrears of our customer, which help our managers plan to call back arrearage, evaluate customer's credit standing exactly, reduce bad debt, accelerate the run of capital ,and intensify the competing force, So it is of great significance to study the subsystem of account payable management and account receivable management.In this paper, the East Boiler Valve Limited Company is chosen as the research object, Two important subsystems involved in ERP system are designed, which are account payable management subsystem and account receivable management subsystem. The contents are as follows:1. This paper researches on the developing course and trend of finance management system, proposes the finance management system based on ERP system frame. Finance management system based on ERP not only inherits many advantages from traditional accounting information system, but also fully strengthens the function of management accounting, So it becomes the mainstream of current finance management system.2. The principle of the account payable management and account receivable management is studied. According to the actual manufacture of Easter Boiler Company, the requirement analyses of the two subsystems are completed, and the data stream and function modules of these subsystem are designed, and then the function modules are developed in detail.3. The database systems of AP and AR are designed in virtue of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Manage Console. Based on the flow chart of the operation of AP and AR, store procedures are developed.4. The system reaches anticipative effect. The implement of the system proves that it is rational designed and able to be operated conveniently, with a good interface available. It can improve the efficiency of the work greatly.5. The system based on B/S mode, including the other modules of finance management, composes the ERP finance management system, and which changes the running mode of traditional finance management business.
