The title of this paper originates from The Space Science and Application Study Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, this unit have entrusted Jilin University to develop "The Cone Scanning Radiation Platform and Unfold Mechanism of Antenna". Our work is to design some new foldable and deployed programs to realize the main antenna and the second antenna folded. The content of my paper is the main job to our research project, it is a practical and applied project.In the first, a classification is made to deployed antenna according to the difference of antenna reflector and the deploying force. It introduces the development, research and application of the deployed antenna, it also explains the trait of the space truss frame domestic and abroad in detail. This paper introduces applications of some new materials in deployed antennas and forecasts the developments about satellite antenna.Secondly, the research, development and application of space deployable structure abroad and domestic are introduced in this paper; The type of space deployable truss investigated in this paper is illustrated. Both the research and the application in space deployable structure of multi-body system dynamics are commented in detail. According to the space deployable truss structure specialties, two dynamics models are introduced with Lagrange's equation of the second kind Kane's method, comparing the two method , I have made a lot of study and knowledge to the multi-body system dynamics, it take us some theory basis for how to use ADAMS to build a parameter model of The Cone Scanning Radiation Platform and Unfold Mechanism of Antenna..This paper introduces the requirement and the structure trait of The Cone Scanning Radiation Platform and Unfold Mechanism of Antenna and space truss frame in detail. I established some related design principle depending on the design trait of The Cone Scanning Radiation Platform and Unfold Mechanism of Antenna; Made some explanations to the designed methods and design steps of the satellite antenna; It combines technical requirement given of the main antenna and the second antenna , as building the parametric model to the satellite antenna. It introduces the related material and the choice of the framed structures, it takes a comparison to the physical character and the mechanical character of the Aluminum Alloy, Titanium Alloy and Carbon Fiber composite material. It provides some theory basis for the next choice of related material.The primary study work of this paper brings out three primary simulated programs of the space truss frame to the satellite antenna successively, on the base of related literatures. It is very novel and has a new originality. At present, there isn't any new related theory in this field of deployed space truss frame abroad and domestic.1,Scissors truss mechanism program: this program takes the scissors truss mechanism into the space truss frame successfully, it makes torsion bar spring drive the scissors truss mechanism, taking the satellite antenna to the appointed location, this program structure is simple and principle is very clear.2,The whole whereabouts mechanism program: this program emphasizes the structure stability, because the whole space truss frame is a integrality, it can move from down to up along the two slideway through the drive. The back of the satellite antenna takes use of the folding striction structure, it can adjust the angle of pitch of the satellite antenna to realize the deploying of the mechanism.3,The order deploying truss mechanism program: This program uses deployable space truss antenna with rotational spring activated triumphantly in the both sides of the satellite antenna. The back of the satellite antenna also takes use of the folding striction structure, it can adjust the angle of pitch of the satellite antenna to realize the deploying of the mechanism.In conclusion, the three simulated programs of the space truss frame to the satellite antenna are very novel and have new originality. It has some innovation and applicable prospect.The paper discusses the importance of large extensible satellite's antenna digit simulation firstly, constructs actuality of study simulation in the world, emphatically discusses the ADAMS poly-object dynamics fundamental theories, thereinto consists of reference frame's. definition and non-linear equation's foundation and arithmetic of calculating non-linear equation. On this base, mechanism module is utilized in the paper, which links ADAMS software to CATIA software. Establishing the simulating model of large extensible satellite's antenna, include CAD three-dimensional modeling and appending constraints along with movement-set by practice space link. At the same time it makes correlative enactment and explanation, which is needed in the study of the simulation. All of these digital simulations offer valuable referenced gist for the study of large extensible satellite's antenna.At the end of this paper, on the base of the studied related literature abroad and domestic, this paper introduces some optimal design methods, then some optimal design to the deployable space truss antenna with rotational spring activated and space hinge, takes out of some problems about optimal design to the satellite antenna.In the study, the three programs of the space truss frame to the satellite antenna are very novel and have new originality. The structure is simple and principle is very clear. It makes a firm foundation for the next research.
