1,IntroduceAutomotic feeder must be requested in the production line.the transferring program and the efficiency affects the performance of the whole antomotic production line in a large degree.The traditional automatic feeder has many disadvantages,which are the big noise,the slow responsibility,the complex construction,the lower accuracy and the bad reliability.So the traditional automatic feeder has not been sufficed the request of the production.With the development of the piezoelectric matial,the piezoelectric matial has been applied in the field of high and new technology and industial production the more extensive.the development and applicance make it possible that the piezoelectric matial has been used to the power resource of the piezoelectric vibration feeder.In contrast to the traditional automatic feeder ,the piezoelectric vibration feeder has many advantages ,which are the lower noise ,no disrupt of the magnetic field,the simple construction , the lower power consumption ,the lower cost ,the quick responsibility , the powerful ability of control and so on .so the piezoelectric feeder will have the good applied foreground .The title of this paper is carried out under the presupposition.2,The basic principle of piezoelectric Actuation technologyBefore the system design of the piezoelectric vibration feeder, the paper has discussed deeply the basic principles of piezoelectric ceramic and kinds of piezoelectric actuator and the piezoelectric eqution,which is the basic of the construction design of the piezoelectric vibration feeder. 3,The characteristics analysis of piezoelectric bimorphsThe piezoelectric ceramic applied to the feeder is domestic PZT4, the matial of the basical plate is 65Mn ,which is prepared by the electrical spark numerical control machine tool.We analysis the effect that the size og piezoelectric ceramic to the bimorphs by means of analytics.The means of analytics and experiment have been used to analysis the static and dynamic characteristics.The results proved that the piezoelectric bimorphs have available static and dynamic characteristic,which are suitable for the drive resource of the piezoelectric vibaration feeder.4,The analysis and design of the whole constructionIn this chapter ,by ignoring some minute elements the mechanical modal have been built of the whole piezoelectric vibaration feeder.With being simplified ,the eqution can be sovled as same as the eqution of the single mass body vibaration.Analysising the expression of the eqution result ,we can conclude that the natural frequency will increase with the increasing of the elastic coefficient of the bimorphs and the main leaf springs and that the amplitude of vibaration of the whole feeder will decrease with the with the increasing of the elastic coefficient of the bimorphs and the main leaf springs.viewing the result from the experiment ,we achive the same rule.The piezoelectric vibaration feeder composes of some components:the base plate,the top plate,piezoelectric bimorphs,the main leaf springs and the concussion springs.In this chapter ,every component have been designed a series by different parameter.After assembly and crossing experiment,we determind the finalized construction.The moving state of material in the feeder plate has been analysised and the condition of the material slipping or skipping has been concluded.which is the base of the feeder design.5,the experiment result and the influencing factor analysis of the whole constructionIn this chapter, we discussed the relationship among the amplititude and frequency of the power resource and the amplititud of vibaration and the feeding speed. The experiment indicated that there is linear relationship between the amplititued of power resource and the amplititude of vibaration and the feeding speed. When the frequency of the power resource are close to the resonant frequency of the whole construction,the amplititude of vibaration and the feeding speed will get the maximum.which proved the possibility of the control to the feedting speed.
