With the development of the automobile industry in recent years and people's attention to environmental protection,the recycling of vibration energy has become a hot issue.In this paper,a new type of energy recovery system based on piezoelectric effect is proposed,which is composed of shock absorber,transmission and piezoelectric mechanism.In this paper,the generation and damping characteristics of piezoelectric mechanism are studied:Through the analysis of the characteristics of the piezoelectric materials,Selecting the appropriate piezoelectric material.Using the vibration model of piezoelectric vibrator with mass is established by using the theory of vibration mechanics,piezoelectricity and material mechanics,to solve the influence of the size and position of the mass block on the natural frequency of piezoelectric vibrator,the relationship between the output voltage of the vibrator and the excitation frequency,the output voltage characteristics of the piezoelectric mechanism analysis of a piezoelectric vibrator.Based on the output voltage characteristics of a single piezoelectric beam,the performance of the piezoelectric mechanism is analyzed.The characteristics of the series/parallel output voltage of the different piezoelectric oscillators under open circuit conditions are studied,series/parallel output voltage characteristics of rectifier circuit and rectifier filter circuit are studied.The MATLAB software is used to simulate the theoretical knowledge of the second chapter,and the finite element model is established by using ANSYS finite element software.First of all,the three kinds of piezoelectric vibrator with different mass block position and the piezoelectric vibrator without mass block are analyzed.It is concluded that the farther the mass block is from the fixed end,the larger the deformation and the power generation.Then,the modal analysis of four kinds of piezoelectric vibrator is made.It is concluded that the natural frequency of piezoelectric vibrator decreases gradually with the mass block close to the free end.Subsequently,the transient analysis of one kind of piezoelectric vibrator is made,and the results show that the output voltage and the stress change are the same as the frequency of the excitation function.Finally,the harmonic response of a piezoelectric vibrator is analyzed and compared with the numerical simulation.Firstly,the output voltage characteristics of two different piezoelectric beams are tested,and the conclusion is drawn that the mass block will make the natural frequency smaller.Then the equivalent piezoelectric vibrator is tested,and the relationship between the output voltage is analyzed,and the results are compared with the theoretical analysis.
