The nearsightedness is one of the eye diseases, which continuously feazes human beings. There are more than 1.5 billion nearsighted patients in the whole world. Our country is the great nation of being nearsighted. In view of the nearsightedness treatment, the humanity has used many methods. At present, besides optics lens which rectify the nearsightedness, many kinds of physical therapy methods and instruments appear in the domestic and foreign markets. But because the process of the physical therapy is long and the treatments are not thorough; the price of the instruments which correct defects of vision is expensive, and some instruments even have the side effect to the patients'eyes. Therefore many people will not choose them or give up halfway in the treatments. Recently, one kind of laser surgery which can rectify the vision by revising the diopter of the cornea appears quietly. But after this kind of surgery, 15% to 20% of the patients have complications and their corneas become polluted.In view of the shortcomings of the methods above, and according to the new method which is proposed from Belorussia science academy: stimulating the retina and causing the main center of the optic nerve to be excited to correct defects of vision by the low intensity tricolor laser (yellow, green, blue). The topic proposed a new plan of designing one kind of vision restorer. The design also uses yellow light, green light and blue light, but because the condition is limited, the design chooses the LED, whose wavelength is in the appropriate range, to be the illuminant tools. This instrument shines eyes to stimulate the retina and enhance the central vision through the mixed pulse beams of three colored lights, so it can not cause the damage to the corneas of human body. Moreover, it can avoid the common complication in the surgeries. Thus, it is quite safe and reliable. The user may install the illuminant cycles and illuminant arraies of the illuminant components from the keyboard, the LCD liquid crystal can demonstrate the clue and the installed contents and so on at the same time, so the operation can be brighter. The instrument can automatically adjust the illuminant degrees of the illuminant components according to the changes of the environmental light, and it can make the illuminant degrees match with the intensity of the environmental light.According to the request of the topic, the designer has consulted massive datum such as the ophthalmology, the laser ophthalmology iatrology, and known about the present situation of treatments in our country and foreign countries. According to the new method which is proposed from Belorussia, the designer has carried on the development to this kind of vision restorer. The thesis has carried on the design with each module of the vision restorer whose parameter can be adjusted separately. The design of the environmental light examination module, the central controller module, the actuating glowing module and the power source unit are completed.In the environmental light examination module, in order to transform the light intensity into the digital signal which the MCU can use, the optical-electric sensor and the V-F converter are used, and the hardware circuit of this module is designed.The central controller module uses the American Microchip Corporation's low power loss MCU PIC16F57 as the main controller. The master controller is responsible for the analysis of the environmental light intensity which is gathered, controlling the glowing intensity of the LED and the coordinated work between each module of the entire instrument.The actuating glowing module consists of the brightness adjustment component, the electric current enlargement component as well as the LED. Among them, the brightness adjustment component is controlled by the MCU to modify the brightness of the LED.Because the power voltage which each module of the instrument needs is unanimous, so the power circuit is consolidated. After the design of the vision restorer is finished, the designer has carried on the test about the working condition of the environmental light module and actuating glowing module. According to the test, the instrument can satisfy the anticipated request of the topic. After that, the designer has designed the overall contour of the instrument after having looked round the overall contour of the treatment instrument in the market.Finally, the present thesis puts forward some proposals to improve the functions and precision of the instrument.
