It is a focus of attention of the world energy industry for improving the energy structure, utilization of renewable energy, reducing environmental pollution and improving power quality. Wind energy is A new force suddenly rises in energy sources and power industry for its characteristic of safety,credibility,no pollution, no expending fuel,short construction period,small scale,combines the net to run and so on. Due to a mass of power electronic equipments are used in wind power system,it is inescapable introduce electromagnetic compatibility issues,and make serious influence to the system,furtherrnore,it becomes graveness as the system power increese.The paper is aimed to the study of AC/DC/AC converter used in MW grade variable-speed constant-frequence doubly-fed wind-energy generation system. It analyses the origin,propagation path and susceptivity equipment of EMI noise in converter system firstly ,then gives the electromagnetic compatibility design of the converter,these design include(l)EMI filter for power line noise design of grid-side converter and common mode noise EMI filter design of rotor-side converter;(2) anti-jamming design for control system of converter from hardware and software sides ,and emphases on PCB design of control circuit ,the software Cadence Spectrum is used to simulate the signal integrity,power integrity and electromagnetic compatibility for the main signal line on PCB,do some adjusting base on the simulation results ;(3) in allusion to the issues of long cable transmission and over-voltage ,analyses the occurring mechanism of the over-oltage according to transmission line theory,and discusses the du/dt restrain network in converter-side and motor-side respectively, and compare the results with saber software;(4) Lightning Protection subarea for wind power system based on the analysis of its occurring mechanism and existing Lightning Protection standard , choose lightning arrester for power and signal line.Via experimentation on 1.5MW doubly-fed simulation system,it indicates that:the converter work stably,it has the great capacity of withstanding interference after integrated ElectroMagnetic Compatibility Design for converter system.
