The informationization of modern society is developing rapidly,and the degree of informationization on the aircraft is increasing.The application of a large number of electrical and electronic equipment in the aircraft system improves the operational performance of the aircraft and brings new challenges to the electromagnetic environment in the limited space of the aircraft.Wire harnesses are the link of various electronic equipment interconnection systems.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of aircraft flight,the electromagnetic compatibility analysis of airborne wiring harness has important research significance and engineering value.This thesis selects relevant contents of scientific research projects.The study focused on airborne cable harness sensitivity,harness cable crosstalk characteristics,and harness cable radiation characteristics.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:Based on the research significance of wire harness electromagnetic compatibility,this thesis summarizes the research status of wire harness cable at home and abroad.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this thesis uses electromagnetic simulation software to change the polarization direction of the incident wave of cable irradiation for cable sensitive characteristics,and analyze its influence on radiation sensitivity.The anti-interference ability of different cable types under the harsh electromagnetic environment in the aircraft cabin is simulated and analyzed.The influence of the cable length on the response voltage of the load terminal under continuous wave irradiation is analyzed.For the cable radiation characteristics,when the typical cable transmission signal is studied,the radiation electric field outside the cable is analyzed,and the cable radiation capability is analyzed.For crosstalk between cables,the effects of parallel line spacing,cable length,and cable height from ground to crosstalk coupling were investigated.Finally,recommendations for airborne wiring harnessing are given based on industry standards for harness cable sensitivity,radiation characteristics,crosstalk characteristics,and related aircraft wiring.
