Process of digital manufacturing actually includes steady state and non-steady state, nowadays, the digital manufacturing systems emphasizing automatic process were applied in steady processing well, however, they performance badly in non-steady state. This paper puts forward a concept that integrates human intelligence into a digital manufacturing process to build a new type digital manufacturing system. New concept DMS will be able to make the supervising and control of non-steady process easy and flexible, moreover, It keep the ability to process in automatic and large batch way.This paper mainly study a subject which can integrate human intelligence, experience and logic judgement into DFMS process with the help of modern technology of wireless communication and wireless network, so that those workers in workshop can be converted into mobile manufacture nodes and wipe out the blind area of information. In order to come true this object, this paper stress that research of two kind of wireless network applied in industry in particular, one is the infrastructure based on 802.11, the other is the Ad Hoc on Bluetooth. Wireless network based on 802.11 was applied in industry early and the technology is maturer, and that the Ad Hoc is firstly introduced into manufacturing. At the last of this paper, we present the implement of the wireless network in the environment of digital floor. The import of such technology will pave the way for the organic combination human and machine in manufacturing.Surrounding this concept and content above, this paper finally presents a kind of application mode and frame on basis of wireless communication and wireless network, pioneers a new road for more flexible manufacture and more efficient coordinate of human-machine.
