With the developments of inertial technology and MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) technology, the low-cost MIMU (Micro Inertial Measurement Unit) based on MEMS has become one of the key research areas in the inertial applications. The principal target of the study in this dissertation is to develop applications in the Satellite TV Receiving System with the MIMU based on MEMS.In order to develop the antenna stable tracking system, with further research on the newest improvement of the MIMU, a method: "MIMU+ electrical level scan" is presented which is base on the technology of MEMS used by Servo control system of Satellite antenna. This method is known from other integrated inertial system.First, has outlined the technical related content of MEMS, then elaborated the MIMU, proposed MIMU and the magnetometer compose MARG (Magnetic Angular Rate Gravity) sensor combination.Next, revolves the satellite TV antenna system control plan the system design, proposed use "MIMU + level scanning" the control plan, and the essential technology which was connected to its control plan in has carried on the detailed elaboration.Once more, conducted the research to the antenna servo control system design plan, has designed has been connected the PID controller and has carried on the simulation.Finally, unifies the request for the satellite antenna servo system, has designed based on DSP is the control core entire digital satellite antenna servo tracking system hardware electric circuit and control software, realizes the position, the speed double closed-loop control strategy.
