The Anti-Radiation Missile is a kind of hard antipersonnel weapon that discovers, traces and destroys the object radiant points by making use of the object radiant point radiations. In the modern aerial defense system, it has been a key problem to the aerial defense system whether the navigation platforms have the abilities of countering Anti-Radiation Missile attack.Several technology approaches of confronting ARM are discussed based on the limitation of Anti-Radiation Missile in this paper. The capability index and key technology are also discussed. For the ARM have too-large identifying angle according to the limitation of the diameter of the Anti-Radiation Missile,the Anti-Radiation Missile cheating system is simple and good for confronting ARM.The technology of cheating Anti-Radiation Missile by multi-point non-coherent active decoy systems presented in detail by thoroughly taking use of the frailty of the Passive Radar Seeker of the Anti-Radiation Missile, which having a too-large identifying angle and can not counter the disturb of the two-point radiation source. Theories of the Anti-Radiation Missile cheating system and its techniques are proposed especially according to the limitation of the Passive Radar Seeker of the Anti-Radiation Missile.The theories study, parameters analysis and digital simulation have been carried out as well as the techniques realization in this paper. In the end, two excellent cheating schemes are chose by the computer simulation of active decoy systems and the theory analysis.
