The operation of the existing fuel mail main pipe tester is rather clumsy in China. The degree of automatization is not high. The precision of the controlling and speed of system response fall short of the demands of the test and it can not adapt to develop of modern technology. And the means of data processing is unscientific. According to the facts mentioned above, it is needed to do some improvement an update.The study of press control at the entrance of the muzzle and flux control of the muzzle is done in the text. The press control system adopts the electric-hydraulic proportional relief valve as control unit and pressure transducer as feeling back unit, does compare and emendation in PC and give control signal to the proportional relief valve to realize the press control. The flux control system have the same control principle as the press control system, Utilizing the press-flux identity of throttle mouth, Control muzzle flux by control muzzle press. But the difference is that it adopts the flux transducer as feeling back unit forming the closed loop control system.Linear numerical model and nonlinear numerical model of the press control system and the flux control system is set up. In the other side, the simulation and compare is done in Matlab/Simulink. The transition time, overshoot, exceeding quantity of response of linear numerical model is different of the nonlinear numerical model's. Testing all the capability targets of the dynamic response in the system when the spring input signal is give, Using PID algorithm for revising to improve the synthetic capabilities of the system and comparing the capability before and after the emendation, the improvement is very obvious in the system after the emendation.Compared with results of the test in the locale, The results of simulation are different of actual result and analysis the reason of difference, Validating the exactitude of used method and theory, Calculating the precision of press control and the precision of flux control, Illuminating the study method can be used to other system and can reflect actually the course of response.
