Press-filling is a widely used fill method in ammunition fills.Hydraulic presses are an important process equipment in press-loaded ammunition production.The traditional hydraulic press has the following problems for press-filling and loading: firstly,the pressure control accuracy and response speed of the press-packed fill have higher requirements;secondly,the monitoring and management of the state parameters of the hydraulic press equipment needs to be improved.In this paper,the press-loaded oil press of a research institute is taken as the research object,the SCADA system of the hydraulic press is researched and developed,the overall scheme of the SCADA system is proposed,the corresponding hardware and software system is developed,and the SCADA system is connected to the space cloud network platform.This article has achieved the following results:(1)Analyzed the functional requirements of press-loaded oil presses and put forward the overall scheme of hydraulic press SCADA system.The status quo of the press control system for oil presses was analyzed,the technical indicators of the SCADA system for the hydraulic press were given,the overall scheme for the SCADA system of the hydraulic press was proposed,the functions required for the SCADA system were studied,and the key technologies for developing the SCADA system of the hydraulic press were pointed out.That is,the required pressure of the hydraulic press works with high-precision real-time follow-up control technology and the SCADA system of the hydraulic press is connected to the industrial information cloud network platform technology.(2)The pressure control mathematical model of press-loaded oil press was established and simulated.The pressure control algorithm of hydraulic press SCADA system was designed.According to the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic press,the mathematical model of the pressure control of the hydraulic press was established.The PID algorithm simulation was performed using MATLAB software.According to the simulation results,the hydraulic pressure controller of the hydraulic press was designed and programmed on Siemens S7-300.algorithm.(3)Research and development of the SCADA system of the hydraulic press to access the space cloud network platform technologyThrough the use of high-level programming languages and SCADA's OPC system,a series of data transmission programs have been designed to realize the real-time saving,uploading,and viewing of hydraulic pressure data and realizing remote real-time monitoring of pressure.(4)Research and development of hydraulic press SCADA prototype systemThe control system hardware platform selected Siemens S7-300,SCADA software platform selected King SCADA,designed the SCADA system of the hydraulic press,and realized the functions of information display,process report,alarm,historical data,and equipment health management.Through tests,the results show that the developed hydraulic press SCADA system meets the requirements.
