Along with the world economic development, the various countries depend on the energy more and more strong; the development use of the renewable resources has become an important issue of each industrial nation. Ethanol is a kind of sturdy and newly arisen energy, and its application on the gasoline engine has been quite mature. Along with the tendency development of the diesel engine in the world scope, the multitudinous domestic and foreign scientific research institution attach more and more importance to the research of the Diesel/Ethanol engine.This thesis introduces how to design a set of electronic controlled Multi-point injection system of Diesel/Ethanol engine based on the powerful function of the micro-controller. The mainly unit of the electronic system(ECU) is C167CS( 16-bits),the single-chip microcomputer of Infineon company. According to these signals, including the speed signal, the position signal of fuel-feeding drag link and the position signal of camshaft as the timing signal of ethanol ejection, ECU firstly differentiates the working conditions of diesel, and then judge, calculate, and check the data table to get the optimal ethanol-fuel proportion which is sent to PWM; so ECU could adjust the time of opening the electromagnetic valve (correspond with Cylinderl)of ethanol-injection, and get the needed ethanol-fuel mixture with accurate proportion. The optimal proportions of mixture under different working conditions can be acquired by engine bench tests.Combining the existing experimental condition the test in CY495QBZL Diesel adopts multi-point injection system in electronic control and the ethanol is sprayed in the each intake pipe of the diesel. The test results show that the system could change the proportion of diesel/ethanol according to the working conditions at real time. The system is characterized as better reliability and stability, accurate ethanol-fuel proportion, fast control response, and accurate data display; and it can be used to control accurately the amount of ethanol in the experiment of diesel mixed with ethanol. The result also show that the Diesel/Ethanol engine could not reduce the power and the smoke emissions reduced sharply compared with original engine at the middle and high loads; the equal brake specific fuel consumption is close to the original engine at the high loads and high speeds and superior to the original at the middle and low loads.Furthermore, the design of hardware and software and the circuit design of PCB board is proved by tests; all these design method can be reference to the similarly researches.
