The diversification of energy and vehicle fuels in 21st century, development and application of biomass energy and other renewable energy sources and clean alternative fuels, is the inevitable trend to solve shortage of mineral fuels, clean up the air and protect environmental. Alcohol fuel the extremely rich raw materials, production processes mature, although the energy density than gasoline and diesel low, but compared with the gas, more suitable for use in transport, fuel distribution supply system a little transformation and expansion, can also be applied. In recent years, ethanol as alternative fuel to the engine technology to become a hot research. SCM as the core to the electronic control system has been used in ethanol/diesel dual-fuel engine control, to become the alternative fuel ethanol as an important engine technology development direction. With the new technology and the constant development of new software, on the dual-fuel engine electronic control method is constantly updated.In this paper, through the use of SCM powerful control functions and advanced LabVIEW virtual instrumentation, I design a set for the diesel engine/ethanol real-time control of the electronic system. Construction machinery and engines were appropriate and effective change, to be maked more suitable for ethanol-based fuels to play the dual-fuel engine advantage. In the conrol model stage, the use of the sensors to collect the signal, after calibration and analog-digital conversion pass to the PC, using the PC will LabVIEW data fitting and built a mathematical model. This paper established a jet-pulse width alcohol, oil supply tension bar displacement, camshaft speed signals such as the model of relations. On this basis, the paper also proposed in ethanol/diesel dual-fuel engine electronic control system to increase the closed-loop control system, according to PID algorithm and fuzzy PID algorithm to establish acetaldehyde emissions of closed-loop control and spraying alcohol-precision pulse width control of the closed-loop control system. After the final test to prove that the engine is optimized system power and stability than the original ethanol/diesel dual-fuel engine improve a lot, environmental protection and also better than the original engine.
