| In Recent years, as a result of epidemic disease and frequent biological laboratory accident occurrence, people are starting to pay attention to the study of biologic test security, and pay more emphasis on the study of the biologic equipment research, furthermore, they have made some stipulation to protect people. The biological safe cabinet, as an important protection method, is widely used in medicine, drugs manufacture, microorganism, biological experiment and genetic engineering.At present in the market BSC may mostly achieve the national standard, but still has some problems in how to enhance protection of the personnel and the experimental sample.We cooperate with the advanced BSC manufacturer, the question proposed by manufacturer, the main object of this article is class two BSC. The method of study mainly involves using computer simulation and experiments, then gives the optimized comment. Firstly, actual survey makes us understand the movement condition of BSC. Then establishing the computer module through Gambit and Fluent, by useing the simulation module to research the relations between inflow air velocity, down flow air velocity, the sample protection and the personal security coefficient. The inflow air velocity should be around 0.98m/s, and the inflow air velocity can change between 0.62m/s and 1.4m/s when dropping flow air velocity does not change.This research pays much attention to the comparison between simulation and experiments, and analyze the relation of various parameters. We hope that this paper have a guiding value regarding the BSC performance optimization. |
