| Pyrolysis is the most initial stage of combustible decoration materials'fire, which provides necessary conditions for the ignition and the fire spread processes. Pyrolysis is important for the ignition and fire spread processes. A deep research on the pyrolysis regularity and mechanism, plays an importance role on preventing the fire, which is the content of this paper. Thermo-gravimetric experiment of pinewood,Chinese fir,plywood,solid wood floor board and composite floor board is used to study pyrolysis regularity of the combustible decoration materials. The condition of experiment is different heating rate, such as 5℃/min,10℃/min,15℃/min and technology of experiment is TG-DSC. The analysis result of the TG,DTG and DSC curves show that, pyrolysis of combustible decoration materials are divided into three obvious phases, - which are moisture evaporation phase,hemicellulose-cellulose's pyrolysis phase and the pyrollysis of lignin. The heating rate influences the initiative temperature and the temperature range of pyrolysis in every reaction phase. Enhance of the heating rate, the reaction carries in high temperature. Through building kinetic model, we can gain mechanism function,the pyrolysis activation energy E and pre-exponential factor A with Coast-Redfern method and Achar method. |
