| The task is studying on tests the platform of Counter-rotating fan and air-power performance analysis. The platform of fan testing divides into the hardware and software partial.Hardware patial includes Counter-rotating fan and electric circuit gathering board which independently designs. Counter-rotating fan is composed by the two impellers of the same diameter, wheel hub and rotation opposite and the wind tunnel. It can do in-gas experiment; out-gas experiment and in-out-gas experiment. Electric circuit gathering partial is designing the hardware's distribution for example converters, powers in collecting boarding and designing the electric circuit. And carried on the stability to analyze and demarcate the experiment to the system which designed.Software partial is data-collecting and data-processing system of Counter-rotating fan. The computer is the core of this system. It adopts high precise converter, signal converting circuit, PCI BUS structure data collecting card and develops soft by C++ Builder disposing software under Windows circumstance. It can automatic collecting data, calculating and drawing Fan Performance Curve and getting test-report with hardware electric circuit.And it can analyze and compare to the air-power performance of Counter-rotating fan. Based on the Counter-rotating fan unique feature, we compared it with theordinary two levels axil fan performance characteristic. Under the condition of the same capacity, total pressure of two-stage impellers simultaneous working and the sum of total pressure that single stage impeller run alone are analyzed and compared, so it provides theory basis for safe running of Counter-rotating fan .
