Anti-radiation missile plays a very important role in modern wars. It is a hard killing weapon which attacks target of radiation electromagnetic wave, and uses electromagnetic wave received by passive monopulse seeker to obtain angle information of target, and then guide the missile accurately hit the target.Raids to Libya in 1986,The USA military fighter aircraft has launched two air-to-ground anti-radiation missile,hitted Libya's two seat of aerial defence radar,obtained the magnificent combat success. Ground-to-air anti-radiation missile appearance in order to antagonize fighter plane, bomb carrier and scout. Becomes primary armament system to the air raid.Noise FM jamming is an effective way of countering,which makes the wide-band jamming signal enter the receiver, the S/N of receiver reduces,result in anti-radiation missile detecting the target difficultly, cause angle tracking error of passive monopluse seeker increases and tracking accuracy drops, reduces the hitting probability anti-radiation missile hitting noise source.The paper mainly studies operational effectiveness analyzing of anti-radiation missile hitting noise jammer on the moving airplane. Because anti-radiation missile attack radar bring on large hitting probability, the paper mainly do research on anti-radiation missile attack noise source, specially attacking the moving noise source. Firstly, the mathematical motion models are established, and the altitude motion is described by quaternion method. Secondly, uses Kalman filter to track the moving noise source, at the same time does experiment and emulation. Emulation display, while target moves uniform velocity, tracking curve is the same as true trace; but while target moves uniform acceleration, tracking curve bring error, directly impact hitting probability. Finally, simulates the processing of tracking noise source, at the same time, obtain hitting probability. The simulation conclusion display, angle tracking error of passive monopulse seeker increases and hitting probability drops while the missile tracking noise source, approximately less than 10%, it bring safe feel to noise jammer manipulator, plays a important role against anti-radiation missile.
