The Midcourse Anti-Missile System(MAMS),as important part of Missile Defense(MD)system,has advantages of large defense range and high intercept capabilities.C2,which undertakes the important functions of assistant decision,battlefield control and communication,is the kernel of MAMS.C2 decided the effectiveness of MAMS,so it's one of the important part in researching and developing MAMS.The dissertation takes MAMS C2 as researching object,performed capabilities requirement analysis,system designation,simulation modeling,simulating and evaluation research of MAMS C2.The main researching work is described as follows.Firstly,the MAMS C2 capabilities requirement framework was built integrally.Based on the analysis of MAMS functions and flow,the capabilities requirement of 3 aspects,command decision,combat control and communication were put forward.The key techniques of MAMS were concluded.Secondly,the MAMS architecture was built normatively.Referring to Do DAF2.02 describing standards,the mathematics describing methods of MAMS logic running and physics implication were put forward.The MAMS logic running models that concluded functional units and combat activities were designed.The MAMS physics implication models were designed in two modes: normal mode and degraded mode.The built models were validated in relationship analysis method.Thirdly,the MAMS C2 simulation models were built systemly.Three aspects of simulation models,MD C2 activities,related entities and effectiveness evaluation were built.MD C2 activities models included 3 kinds,which were warning,detecting and tracking,interception decision layout and interception effect evaluation.Related entities models included 5 kinds,which were incoming ballistic missile,warning satellite,phased array radar,communication station and intercept missile.Effectiveness evaluation models included 2 kinds,which were Markov Chain and queuing theory.The models formed all-ingredient MAMS C2 simulation models system of system.At last,the MAMS C2 simulation and evaluation were formed on typical combat scenarios.Two missile attack ways,simultaneous firing and gap firing,and two direction of fire,forward direction and side direction were designed.The MAMS C2 simulation and evaluation in normal mode and degraded mode were preformed on different combat scenarios.The dissertation formed integral MAMS C2 designation projects.The feasibility of the designation projects were validated by simulation and evaluation.The integrity simulation models system of system was formed.All the outcomes can provide references for MAMS C2 researching and development.
