| Quick Response Manufacturing System (QRMS) is a complex multifunctional system, which is composed of operaters, mechanisms, electronical devices, computers and softwares. It integrated all of the advanced manufacturing techniques that could quicken the speed of researching and manufacturing process, mainly includes product's designing and manufacturing phases. The QRMS with high reliability can speed up the equipment development, and give a quick response to the need of customers. Because of the complexity of QRMS, the study of its reliability is very difficult. When work for design, the iterations in design process, caused by design rules and requirement's changes,could increase design time and influence the accomplish time of mission; When work for manufacture, the reliability in the manufacturing mission could be influenced because of human factor errors, mechanisms failures and the human-machine correlations between the operaters'and the machines'reliability. The system reliability is the key factor if the QRMS could accomplish its designing and manufacturing mission. Aim at the design and manufacturing mission, this paper study with the mission reliability modeling and analysis techniques of QRMS, with consideration of the dynamic iterations probability in designing process and human factors in manufacturing process.Firstly, to satisfy the requirements of QRMS mission reliability evaluation, the article put forwards the reliability index for QRMS and give it's calculate methods.Secondly, for the most important influential factor of the reliability of QRMS mission, the paper extend the presupposition in numberial design struction matrix that the iterations probability is constant, puts forward that the iterations probability between different mission node is changing with the evolution of mission. It used multi-phases limited state Markov absorb process to describe the dynamic iterations probability, modeling and analysis the system mission realibility based on queue network, and established the analytical model of mission realibility which reflect the dynamic iterations probability.Thirdly, for the mission reliability of manufacturing phase of QRMS, introduced the human factors-operation error's influence on system mission accomplish probability on the base of realibility research which only considering device realibility. Then studied the statistical correlation reliationship between the people and the device, and established the common- cause failures analytical models and causal failures analytical models of manufacturing process mission realibility considering the human factors.Lastly, Using above results, designed and developed the modeling, analysis and simulate software of QRMS, which called QRMS-SIM. Take the influence of the dynamic iterations probability and human factors on QRMS mission reliability into account in the development of the software. Finally an example, which based on the mission reliability of QRMS in developing a certain engine, is also given. |
