| This article is about the human reliability analysis technology and methods in manufacturing systems. As manufacturing systems become more complex and functional, the role of human as system factors become important. The failure of equipment become less likely and the importance of human reliability have become increasingly prominent.Based on the project of human-machine system reliability modeling method and system research, this dissertation is entitled as "Manufacturing Systems Human Reliability Analysis Research and Information System Development", proposes a human reliability analysis which is suitable for the Manufacturing system, including human reliability retrospective analysis and human reliability quantitative analysis method, and take the bearing manufacture process as an example to do the human reliability analysis. Based on the above work, develop a human reliability assistant information system for manufacturing system which supports the human reliability analysis.The main contents are as follows:Chapter one introduces the overview of the problems and development about human reliability analysis, analyze the domestic and international situation in this field.Chapter two systematically analyzes and evaluates the existing human reliability method, evaluates the existing methods from the perspective of manufacturing systems.Chapter three proposes a human reliability retrospective analysis which is suitable for the Manufacturing system, including models, classification framework and methodology, and takes the bearing assembly process as an example to do the human reliability retrospective analysis.Chapter four proposes human reliability quantitative analysis method and the method of using level-genetic algorithm to solve the indicators selection, takes the bearing assembly process as an example to do the human reliability quantitative analysis.Chapter five develops a human reliability assistant information system for manufacturing system which supports the human reliability analysis according to the above work and with the needs of manufacturing information.Chapter six summarizes the research and the work of the whole dissertation, proposes the further research in this field. |
