With the increase of the automobile recoverable and enhancement of environmental protection regulation in our country, HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) force and receive more and more extensive concern. Compare with Electric Vehicle and Conventional Vehicle, Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle has the advantages of high fuel economy, high performance and low emission. Therefore, many national governments and the automobile manufactories all support and develop to Hybrid Electric Vehicle. Considering from many aspects such as completed car efficiency, power performance, sail mileage etc, HEV suits the operation operating mode in the city even more. Linked the study of HEV assembly parameter matching and powertrain control strategy, this thesis introduces the developments as follows:1,The work mode of the parallel HEV has been analyzed and the constrained conditions of the power flow in hybrid drive system have been derived. A dynamic analysis on the parallel HEV was carried out, and the drive system was designed with a view to the vehicle arrangement constraints. The work mode with multi-energy system is established due to the operation state of the HEV.2,The parallel configuration is put forward based on analizing the advantages and disadvantages for series ans parallel powertrain for hybrid electric powertrain structure. Then, the type for powertrian, such as engine, storage, motor and transmission is selected respectively according to analyzing the component for HEV. At last, the parallel configuration models are set up by mean of Matlab/Simulink, which supplies the design reference for parametric design and vehicle performance development.3,The parametric design for hybrid electric powertrain component are performed based on powertrain configuration selection and developed driving cycle. The parameters for component such as engine , electric motor, battery and transmission are decided by design analysis and development target. Then, the parameters for components are confirmed and optimized by means of control strategy. At last, the vehicle performance is simulated based on fixed component and control strategy. The results show that the selected component can meet the development target for the project.4,Based on the analysis of the hybrid control strategy and promising the Supreme fuel efficiency of engine, simulations on the HEV using the Parallel Electric Assist control strategy and Fuzzy Logical control strategy in urban driving cycle and outskirts of a city driving cycle are carried out and compared with the conventional vehicles. The results have showed the rationality in the structure design of ZK6891HGHEV and the fuel consumption and waste gases emission have been effectively improved by hybrid control.
