With the depletion of natural resources such as oil and the increasing pressure to deal with environmental problems,it has brought new challenges to the development of the automotive industry. The development of green energy vehicles and the gradual replacement of traditional fuel vehicles has become a trend.Green energy vehicles have become one of the future development directions of the automotive industry.Due to the pollution of traditional fuel vehicles and low fuel utilization rate, pure electric vehicles have shortcomings such as short driving range and slow charging due to the limitations of existing battery technology.Plug-in hybrid vehicles have the power of traditional fuel vehicles, and at the same time It can also realize the advantages of pure electric driving and become a research hotspot in the automotive industry. The plug-in hybrid vehicle can charge the battery through the external power grid, which reduces the dependence of the vehicle on the fuel, effectively improves the economy of the vehicle and reduces the environmental pollution caused by the exhaust emissions of the vehicle, and also ensures the automobile.Driving mileage requirements.Plug-in hybrid vehicles have at least two power sources. How to coordinate reasonable output power of each power source and how to match the speed ratio of the transmission system is crucial to the performance of the vehicle. Therefore, research in this direction is of great significance. This thesis is based on the plug-in four-wheel drive hybrid electric vehicle power train system, focusing on the economics of the whole vehicle, carrying out the parameter matching of the whole vehicle power system, formulating the vehicle control strategy, and establishing the vehicle simulation model. The main contents include the matching of the power train system of the plug-in four-wheel drive hybrid vehicle;comprehensively considering the vehicle operating characteristics and the applicability of the control strategy, formulating the vehicle control strategy;establishing the vehicle model and the key component model for simulation test.(1)Power system parameter matching. In this paper, the performance requirements of a plug-in four-wheel drive hybrid vehicle are designed according to the performance requirements of a certain fuel vehicle and the national standards and industry regulations of hybrid vehicles. The power source parameters are matched according to the control strategy and design target requirements, according to the maximum speed.Match the parameters of the CVT and the front and rear final drive with the maximum grade.(2)Develop a control strategy. In this paper, the logic threshold control strategy is taken to the purpose of energy efficient utilization. The four-wheel drive structure combined with the drive is used to determine the driving condition of the vehicle withdemand torque, battery state of charge and vehicle speed. The power source is reasonably allocated according to different driving conditions of the vehicle.Output power to avoid engine operation in areas with high fuel consumption.(3)Establish a vehicle model and a key component model for simulation experiments. In this paper, the forward simulation modeling method is utilized to build the simulation model based on Mat1ab/Simalink platform, including: working condition model, driver model, control strategy simulation model, transmission system model, power source model and battery pack model.Simulation analysis is to verify the reliability of the control strategy and the economy of the vehicle.
