| Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) is a very important component to ensure the safety of the vehicle. At present the ABS has been widely used on the automobile, and some kinds of automobiles even have been compelled to equip the ABS component to increase the automobile's safety modulus. However, as the costs of the ABS is higher than the normal motorcycle able to bear, most motorcycles still have not equipped the ABS component. But with the manufacturing technique's development, the abs component will be popularly used on the motorcycle. At the same time, as more and more companies taking part in the research of the ABS, there will be more and more good new products for the customer. In order to supply some technique supports for the design and the manufacture of the ABS component, this project will design a functional, safe, and convenient testing bench to test the braking ability of brake equipped with the ABS. The thesis describes basic principles, basic structures and basic controlling ways of the ABS, analyzes the ABS's performance requirements and technology standards, and give a detailed introduction of the motorcycle ABS testing bench's inertia loading system, the way of how to choose the bench's driving system, the designation of various road situations simulation system, and ways of building the data collecting and data processing system. After the whole manufacture of the motorcycle ABS testing bench completed, use the testing bench to do a large quantity of experiment, then use the experiment data to do some analysis and summary in order to give some advice to improve the testing bench. This kind of road simulation system is still very advanced at home. The thesis gives some testing data in the appendix. At last according to the experiment data, we do the analysis and the summary. |
