Regeneration energy of hoisting machinery hasn't been well used by now, and the recovering of the regeneration energy is potential especially for Tyre Crane, which needs to start and break frequently with vertical movement. Many ways are used to recover the regeneration energy, such as the power improving the job component (diesel and hydraulic pressure component) function, improving hydraulic pressure system and improving diesel hydraulic pressure system carrying out an implement mates.Although above-mentioned measure has gained certain energy conservation effect, since loads change undulates comparatively frequently, in great majority diesel time service being not that the high-effect area inner, the fuel utilization ratio are low, the mass discharging is relatively poor. Therefore, improving the diesel working condition is to improve overall system efficiency and to improve discharging mass.Along with environmental protection and energy conservation and the development of the technology being proposed, the super capacitor is developed. This new kind of electrical component has more ten times of the power density and one hundred times of charge and discharge velocity than the storage battery. The regeneration energy can be recovered and then released quickly with the super capacitor.A new environmental protection and energy conservation system, which takes the super capacitor as the energy store device, is presented here. At first we analyses domestic and foreign present situations of new Hybrid-dynamic technology and analyses the insufficient and the development of the power systems of crane.The characters of the super capacitor and the feasibility using it in the power systems of crane are analysed in detail.we take the diesel oil generating set drives system of Tyre Crane linking super capacitance as object of study. The transfer rules of the DC-DC converter, which are associated with energy store system droved by the DC machine, and the character of super capacitor are introduced here. The priority is theoretical analysis how much energy can recycle, calculating the parameters of super capacitor which used in Tyre Crane.Based on the super capacitor theory disposition, carries on experiment of new system and analyses experimental result, obtains it is feasibility that using super capacitor in the dynamic system of crane.The paper bases on Saber to make multi-simulated model, analyzing super capacitor's charge-discharge process is just to the regenerated energy's sorption and recycle process. By analyzing power out of diesel engine of each model, and analyzing oil consumption change, obtaining the energy conservation of the new hybrid dynamic system. We see new hybrid dynamic system is economical.At the final of the paper, We summarizes the total work in this paper and give my expectation.
