Research On Humanized Design In The Creative Industry Parks

With the rise of creative economy, creative industry parks as a new type of business centre are constructed in major cities of China. After document retrieval and investigation, it is found that there are few theoretical researches specifically on creative industrial park design in the current theoretical works. Therefore, the purpose of the article is that: First, explore research starting from the concept of humanized design of creative industry parks. Second, I hope that provide theoretical reference and guidance for the design of creative industry parks as well as fill the blanks in this relatively weak theoretical study through my research.The article firstly describes different definitions and classifications of creative industries. It sorts out the history of the development of office space from the perspective of socio-economic development and summarizes the main reason for the rise of creative industry parks is the emergence of new economic system and business ways.Secondly, the article summarizes the development and construction scale of creative industry parks in various regions of China. And take Shanghai for example, analyze the current development and features of creative industry parks in Shanghai according to their allocation, regional characteristics and planning process. Next, from the concept of humanity, the article discusses the core of humanized design and the content of humanized space as well as proposes the elements of humanized design, which mainly including three aspects: human physiological needs, psychological needs, behavior characteristic in creative industry parks.Then, according to the elements of humanized design, put forward four principles:(a) Reflect artistic design. Provide high-quality business centre filled with artistic impression and creative atmosphere.(b) Focus on ecological design. Establish a creative industry park combined with business space and natural environment.(c) Pay attention to cultural design. Make creative industry parks become a platform to display and promote the creative and cultural industries as well as the regional spirit.(d) Emphasis on service facilities. Build the creative industry park into a place combined with business, life and leisure.And the article discusses how to use the four principles in the various aspects such as spatial constitute design, spatial planning and etc. as well.Finally, analyze two representative cases: Bridge 8 and Hi-Shanghai Creative Industry Park to show the specific application of humanized design in a more clearly and directly way as well as provide reference and guidance for the future design of local creative industry parks.
