The soil-structure dynamic interaction is a subject which is full of challenge. the domestic and foreign scholars have given the enormous attention and have conducted the massive research. This thesis will also commit itself to this research. According to the analysis of soil-foundation-structure dynamic interaction (NO.50278033) and the analysis of base isolation on soil-structure dynamic interaction(NO.50578062) of the Nature Science National Fund, I will do researches on the response of the soil and structure under the effect of dynamic load, with the application of Reliability theory. Based on the already achievements, my thesis has done the researches respectively on the dynamic response and reliability calculation of the foundation, the top structure and the whole system under the seismic effect. And there is also some relative examples'calculating analysis in my researches. The main researching work will be listed as follow:1. Our country's actual The Code for seismic design of building(GB5011-2001)prescribes: When we do the calculation of the structure aseismatic, we can ignore the effect of the foundation-structure interaction in general. According to this criterion, my thesis has fitted the structure response of aseismatic structure's under the seismic effect, adopting the Glama-Selayer progression, then got the dynamic reliability calculation expression of the aseismatic structure which provide a way for the reliability analysis of the top structure's random dynamic response.2. The dynamic response analysis of the site and the top structure which is caused by the seism is the base of the engineering structure's aseismatic design. The dynamic response analysis of the free site is the chief task for the dynamic interaction analysis of the foundation- the upper structure of the basement. Based on the already researches, my thesis has given a detailed deduction respectively about the analytic form of the dynamic shear modulus whose depth change is in the form of linearity and of the layer's random seismic response when it is in the form of exponent. And also made further discussion about the layer's dynamic response when it is in the non-stationary process.3. According to the analytic form of the free site's random seismic response, my thesis has found the ground soil's dynamic reliability calculation under the effect of the random seism by using the Random Vibration theory 4. Considering the structure's effect upon the foundation, my thesis has got the analytic form of the basement's random seismic response through amending the free site's dynamic response and found the equation of motion's the interaction between the structure of single degree of freedom and basement interaction. And according to the Random Vibration theory, my thesis has got the reliability calculation form of the random dynamic response between the single degree of freedom and the foundation through solving this equation, which provides the base for the reliability analysis of the interaction between soil and structure.
