In order to meet the requirements of high-grade roadway and construction of Environment-friendly society, lime-fly ash concrete base course is now widely used in the road slabs. China's road construction, especially in the construction of high-grade roads, the asphalt road is the main highway in the form of roads, and semi-rigid material is a major grass-roots form. In semi-rigid structure, the lime-fly ash base course is widely applied because of definite strength, stiffness and integrity, and also have good water stability and antifreeze, stable materials for variety and choice of a broad area, the anaphase strength is higher, the elastic distortion is smaller in the process of using, longer life, higher capacity et. advantages. In addition, the lime-fly ash base course used as road base material is also conducive to China's environmental protection industry. Not only change the wave to the treasure but also reduce the pollution to the environment. It has great economic and social benefits. This thesis mainly introduces about researches on the fatigue crack phenomenon of the roads in YueYang city. The works are based on the material features of the lime-fly concrete and the Fatigue Cumulation Damage Theory. By using the results of fatigue experiments, the stresses, as well as their changing rule of the underside and middle section of the girder specimens are analyzed under variant loads conditions. The fatigue lives of the specimens are also analyzed. In comparison with the results of physical experiments, it was found that the simulation results of FEA on fatigue lives are also acceptable. In addition, gray predictions for the fatigue life under different influencing factors are also carried out. Some suggestions for extending the service life of the roads are proposed in this thesis, too. Finally, for the sake of getting the analysis more exactly, the Structure Reliability Theory and the Life Scatter Factor Method are brought forward to predict the fatigue life of lime-fly ash concrete base course, too.
