Study of Water-Rock Interaction is an important aspect of the hydrogeochemistry of environment, and it is one of the topics focused research on hydrological geology. In this paper, according to the principles of chemical thermodynamics and the equilibrium distribution of species, Inverse Modeling about Water-Rock Interaction have been carried out in the application of Chencun dam-site. This paper applied average value, standard value and value for coefficient of variation, provided evidence for Inverse Modeling on Water-Rock Interaction.Made use of Hierarchical Cluster analysis and Factor analysis, we got the relationship between dam-site groundwater characteristics and the contents of trace elements. The results obtained match the reality groundwater quality, mineral groups and conditions of hydrological geology. Through discussing the distribution and change of water species, we analysied the formation and development of dam-site groundwater, and determined how Water-Rock Interaction happened.By use of program PHREEQC, combined the geology data of Chencun dam-site, according to law of conservation of mass chemical thermodynamics, equilibrium constant method build Inverse Modeling about Water-Rock Interaction to calculate the equilibrium distribution of species in the application of Chencun dam-site. It is clear that saturation index calculated by influence of complex compound match the reality. So the model increased the calculation of complex compound. The research on the model catched the series signal in the range of dam location which dynamic vary on time and space. Processing those data information and finally result the essential affect factor helped to sort the characteristic of groundwater in the area, found out the condition of water supply and drainage, anti-leakage curtain validity, analyzed and evaluated the dam operational status as well.
