The simulation of water-rock interaction is one of the most important aspects hi the research field of environmental geochemistry. According to the law of mass action, the law of mass conservation and the principles of chemical thermodynamics, mathematics model about components' modes of occurrence (that is simple ions, complex anions and complex compounds) and their concentration in dam foundation solution has been set up with balance constant method. Based on the above, another mathematics model for calculation about Saturation Index (complex compounds considered/unconsidered) which can reflect water-rock interaction's state has been built up, moreover Newton-Raphson which is a iterative way has been used to resolve the mathematics model, the results show that Si's value accord better with practice when complex compounds are considered.' Furthermore, sensitivity analysis about SI has been thoroughly studied here and conclusion that pH's error can strongly affect SI among all hydrochemical variables is gotten. On the basis of before-mentioned mathematics model and studies interrelated programs have been written by Fortrain 77 language. It is shown that mathematics model's thread is correct and results are reasonable and reliable according to the calculation and analysis of project example.
