As the fast development of road tunnel, the road structure in tunnel is change from cement concrete pavement to composite pavement with asphalt concrete upper layer and cement concrete under layer. For the composite pavement with asphalt concrete upper layer and cement concrete under layer, various drainage measures are set on the bedding cushion because of the moist condition and abundant groundwater, and these measures will give bad impact on the bedding cushion. On the side, the drainage ability of bedding cushion and the time of groundwater seep through bedding cushion change as the material of bedding cushion changes.In allusion to the problem of composite pavement, adopting domestic and foreign study references, this dissertation analyses CC+AC composite pavement stress condition and brings forward drainage structure by water power calculation.Adopting domestic and foreign study references and combining with tunnel pavement of Shizhu-Zhongxian expressway project, this dissertation analyses influencing factor of cement concrete bedding cushion with cross drainage ditch. The influencing factors include elastic ratio of bedding cushion, depth of cross drainage ditch and width of cross drainage ditch. Contents and resulting achievement of this paper are as follow:â‘ On the base of represent the structure and calculation theory of composite pavement with asphalt concrete upper layer and cement concrete under layer in tunnel, the paper analyse the stress of bedding cushion in the tunnel of Shizhu-Zhongxian expressway with drainage ditch by finite-element method;â‘¡Analyse the maximal and minimum stress of bedding cushion when the depth and width of drainage ditch is changing, that provides right principles for design and construction of tunnel road;â‘¢Analyse the maximal and minimum stress of bedding cushion when the elastic ratio of bedding cushion is changing, that provides right principles for the material election;â‘£On the base of analysis on the water environment and drainage style of tunnel road, optimize the drainage system of road in the tunnel of Shizhu-Zhongxian expressway by hydraulic calculation, that provides right principles for design of drainage system.
