The Research On Operating Characteristic Of Industrial Heating Supply System And The Energy-Saving Tactics

Energy-saving of heating supply system is the crux to reduce energy waste and implementing energy-saving tactic. Many industrial heating supply system is short of integral plan, although it can meet the demand in the practical heating operation, much energy is wasted, especially the efficiency of circulating pump is comparatively low. So there are much more potential to save energy.Research on the energy-saving operation of industrial heating supply system has been done in this article, and take the practical heating supply system of Golden Stone industrial area in ShiJiaZhuang as an example to test and to analyze the operating characteristic. In this article, set up the mathematical model for simulation analysis of hydraulic operation conditions of tree-like network applying graph theory and fundamental loop method and Hardy Cross consummation of errors based on the theoretical study; describe the loop matrix exactly based on topological of the network using matrix; work out the calculation program simulating the hydraulic operating characteristic of the industrial supply system using MATLAB language. Combing the method of theoretical analyzing and testing and simulating; study the operation characteristic and energy-saving tactics and draw the conclusion that the energy-saving operation methods of the industrial heating supply system can be actualized under the condition that the frequency conversion pump is installed to avoid non-circulating part by means of remaining the lowest temperature at night. This tactic can be applied to all the industry heating supply systems in order to reduce operation costs and save energy.Using numerical simulation analysis, the study aim at Golden Stone industrial planed enlarged heating system in ShiJiaZhuang is carried on, and put forward the idiographic scheme and heating feasibility of reconstructive scheme for the planed buildings in the future, and conclude that it is the best scheme to change the main circulating pump with frequency conversion device and install self- pressure controller at the same time.
