At present, China is actively strengthening for the strength of energy conservation andemissions reduction, and it’s a key point to do energy-saving reform on the existed centralheating systems in the work of energy conservation and emission reduction. The Centralheating system is a systematic project, which consists of heat source, transmission anddistribution pipe network, heat users. People often carry out the central heating systemsreform around the heat source, level Ⅰ, level Ⅱ pipe network system, and users. The level Ipipe network is the first energy level transport link in a central heating system, itshydraulic conditions and transmission efficiency not only influence on the system’s energyconsumption, but also directly affect the end user heating quality, so the level I pipenetwork is palying an important roll in the central heating system energy reform. The author of the thesis surveyed and investigated the level Ⅰ pipe network of thecentral heating system of Gaoxin heating company in Urumqi, and collected a largenumber of the level Ⅰ pipe network operating data in2009-2010. The author analyzed thedate by using the “Standard for Energy Efficiency Inspection of Heating ResidentialBuildings”(JGJ132-2001). Firstly, calculated the hydraulic balance degree, thetransmission efficiency and filling water rate of the level Ⅰ pipe network. And then, evaluated the caculated results by using above standard. Accroding to the evaluated results, the level Ⅰ pipe network’s hydraulic disorder is serious, about76%heat exchanger stationof hydraulic balance is not eligible; The transmission efficiency is not high, from0.74to0.80; The system filling water rate overweight,0.38%more than the above the prescribedstandards. In the second place, the author analyzed the energy consumption of the hydraulicbalance degree, the transmission efficiency, the filling water rate and the operationregulation, then studied on the energy-saving reform theoretical research which is suitablefor this network. From the study results,26480.9t coal,80727t softened water,2978247KWh power or2979264KWh power could be saved during2009-2010heating season ifusing the balance valves, improving the pipe’s thermal insulation property and using two orthree stage variable temperature control with varied flow. Finally, this thesis forecasts the social, environmental, and economic benefit afterenergy-saving transformation. The forecasting results show that the31.33%indoor heatingquality of heat users could be improved, over60thousand ton CO2and139ton SO2 emission could be reduced, over7miliion RMB economic benefit could be got. It is clearthat this level Ⅰ pipe network of the central heating system of Gaoxin heating companyshould be reform on energy-saving necessarily.
