| Along with the development of modern construction,the unprecedented achievement has been obtained in the expressway. However, the premature destruction of asphalt pavement has seriously exposes simultaneity, which has affected the pavement normal use. the rut is the most serious destruction in the asphalt pavement. The formation of rut not only related with the pavement materials, but also with the combination of the pavement structure. It is recognized very confusing on tack coat, the unreasoned sprayed sticky oil layer of asphalt pavement have caused many diseases.This paper researches into asphalt pavement which was designed under GTM method in the graded asphalt mixtures. Beginning from the asphalt mixture design method, with carrying on the mixture proportion's optimization designed by the GTM method, this paper does systematic study on asphalt mixture high temperature stability by wheel rut experiment. 4.75mm mesh passing rate, the asphalt content and the filler-asphalt influence the high temperature stability of the asphalt mixture remarkable. Then the paper analyses the causes of rut formation comprehensively. Regarding tack coat which has not been paid attention to enough, this paper studies the property of pavement in using, and finds the reasonable tack coat variety used with a optimum amount. It's optimized designs the construction of the asphalt pavement surface layer, then make effort to achieve the integration of structural design and the material design.The results of the research show that,for the specifically surface material, strictly control the gradation and the asphalt aggregate ratio, sprayed tack coat asphalt, can improve the ability of rutting resistance. The results of the research provide worthy ideas for gradation and construction design of asphalt pavement. |
