Discussion And Studies Of The Silicon-concrete Used For Decorating The Bridge Floor Of Sugang Expressway In Da Yao Gulf Of Liaoning Province

Nowadays, the techniques of concrete have gone into the Hi-Tech era. In our country, with the development of modernization, the HPC is being paid more and more attention and application. In those hydroelectric projects of water conservancy projects of our country, silicon-concrete has been proved to have excellent quality by ten-year development and testing. Through those developments, researches and practices during the last ten years, it has been proved that the silicon-concrete had excellent performance.However, silicon-concrete is applied not so frequently because the traditional method limits the produce of HPC. It demands using a great deal of cement and carefully selecting sand and rock. In addition, this method can make the work efficiency very slow, the early intensity too low and the contraction too big. Currently, the concrete used for decorating the bridge floor of expressway has wandered up and down for a long time in 30- 40Mpa, which has already greatly lagged behind the actual need. The adoption of silicon-concrete is to mix silica flour and compound high-efficient water-reducing agent in the ordinary concrete in order to find the approach to improve the intensity of HPC. Adding silicon flour into cement and then combining with compound high-efficient water-reducing agent can not only reduce the quantity of cement ,but also give this concrete a series of high quality. At working place that produces HPC,its quality can be well guaranteed .With the progress of scientific technique and the demand of project,the concept of HPC has been widely accepted. People pay more attention to adding silicon flour to change the quality of concrete. Therefore, among many fields and projects of using concrete, silicon flour has become the essential component of making HPC.Through the collection of relevant materials and the combination of some gains from the construction, this paper has systematically summed up various characteristics and preparation methods of silicon-concrete and, sketched those problems that should be paid attention to while constructing.
