Polycarboxylic water reducing agent is a new kind of high-efficient water-reducing agent,which has unique properties and is a non-polluting,green-friendly of material.Compared with other high efficiency water reducing agent,polycarboxylic water reducing agent shows a series of very good performance,such as low dosage,good dispersibility,water reduction rate as high as 30%.So polycarboxylic water reducing agent is considered as a kind of high performance water reducing agent.It is always expected that the polycarboxylic water reducing agent is more secure,more efficient and more adaptable than the traditional naphthalene based water reducing agent.But in engineering,it is often encountered such a problem.Some problems has never met when use other varieties of water reducing agent.The technical problems encountered in the application of naphthalene series water reducing agent have been solved in theory and practice for more than 20 years.And the application of polycarboxylic water reducing agent problems are taking place,has not yet had time to study and find the right solutions,no doubt for the polycarboxylic water reducing agent,the safety and efficiency of the application to bring a lot of resistance.In order to solve the above problems,and to batter use the polycarboxylic water reducing agent in engineering,improving the quality of concrete construction,this paper researched the application technology of polycarboxylic water reducing agent,taking effective measures to solve technical problems in engineering.This study found that polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be used to prepare concrete and pump concrete.Wih high performance polycarboxylate,concrete have good working performance,slow slump loss,and high durability.Compared with the reference concrete,the strength of each age is significantly increased and the other physical and mechanical properties are higher than that of the reference concrete,compared with the reference concrete.Polycarboxylate superplasticizer can not only be used for high-speed railway,highway,water conservancy project and other large projects,but also be used in industrial and civil construction engineering,coal mine and a variety of applications in engineering.This paper through the research of high performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer combination technology,can greatly reduce the additive costs,cost to achieve the level of naphthalene water reducing agent.
