| The optical characters of aerosol material will be changed in the process of storing because of the absorbing of vapors by the material. This paper studied the moisture absorption aimed at the storage of aerosol material both in theory and in experiment.With the knowledge of colloid and superficial chemistry, it analyzed the influencing factors. Also it discussed the impacts, such as particle diameter, environmental relative humidity, environmental temperature, and substance, on the moisture absorptance. Further, it analyzed force of liquid bridge after the aerosol material absorbed the vapor.The equipment which added the vapor to the material was designed to study the effect rule of absorptance by the aerosol material. In this research, it was found that, 1) the absorptance increased with the environmental related moisture rising. 2) the absorptance decreased with the radius and temperature rising. 3) different aerosol made from different material showed the discrepancy. 4) the process of absorptance is a dynamic process. When it began, the velocity of absorptance was fast, after that, the velocity decreased rapidly and got to the equivalence.By using this aerosol extinction experimental research, it also studied the influence rule and mechanism of extinction effect by aerosol material and analyzed the experimental errors. It was found that, 1) the increasing of absorptance weakened the extinction effect. 2) In the same absorptance condition, the extinction effect improved with the rising of temperature. 3) In the same absorptance condition, the increasing of air flow velocity weakened the conglomeration of the material, which resulted in a good extinction effect. 4) The mass density of aerosol material increasing the influence of absorptance on the extinction effect.These results of this paper are meaningful to the further researches. |
