The design of the aerocraft tools is very important to the aerocraft production. It influences the preparative periods of the aerocraft production. Now, there are many problems on the relativity between the aerocraft and the tools designs influencing the efficiency of the aerocraft tools design. Therefore, the research and implementation on relative design technologies for the aerocraft tools is presented to solve these problems and to meet the need of the aerocraft company. Besides, a relative CAD system is developed. The main jobs of this thesis are as followed.(1)The relative design technologies for the aerocraft tools is studied based on the research of CE in aerocraft manufacturing area. It contains the geometrical information relative design technology and the non-geometrical relative design technology.( 2 ) A primary-subsidiary relative design technology is proposed. The primary-subsidiary method can link the geometrical information of the aerocraft and the tools. It not only realizes the geometrical relative design, but also save the network resource.(3)The non-geometrical relative design technology is studied to satisfies the standard requirements of drawing and at the same time, to keep relative between the information of the design and the drawing.(4)A relative CAD system is developed to realize the relative design between the aerocraft and the tools designs. It has applied to the design of certain aerocraft tools, and good results are gained.
