This article is about principles and structure of "2-Dimension Magnetism Leakage Detecting System for pipelines under pressure". Based on my research and practical experiences in these programs, "2-Dimension Magnetism Leakage Detect System"(supported by National Department of Science and Technology with the program No. Z00-G003, also supported by Anhui province's 10th 5-year-program science and technology financial support program with the program No.040510E2), a new pipeline monitoring system based on magnetism leakage detection was developed to make inspection automatic and intelligent.In this article, as the basis of the monitoring system, basic principles of 2-Dimension magnetism leakage was demonstrated, the relationship of flaw parameters and leakage signals was also discussed.The main purpose of this article is : To establish an analysis model for magnetism fields of transverse and lengthways flaws; and make a thoroughly analysis on how to set up the physical structure on engineering practice; provide a total solution for how to match run speed lengthways flaw detector and the pipeline's run speed; the signal processing and flaw judging technologies applied on monitoring system; the input signals and the output signals of the detecting system.For convenient and visualized displaying and storing, the monitoring system are developed under Windows system, this article discussed the design basis of the outer integrated circuit for AD card HY-6070C and the algorithm for flaw judging.This detecting system achieved its' design goals: automatic, intelligent, digital signals, visualized display.
