This topic is entrusted by some company, requesting developed on one kind of weighing production line the cargo weight automatic network observation and control system. In analyzes the system requests earnestly in the foundation. And it has designed set of practical and feasible plans.The present paper introduces the hardware composition and the software design of dynamic weight system based on CAN bus. The dynamic measurement principle is applied to carry on the analysis and design to the system, and propose the corresponding solution. In the hardware design, it includes the sensor, A/D converter, singlechip microcomputer, LCD, and CAN bus. The system has realized intelligence, real-time detecting, and network.In the software design, it uses the Keil C51 language and the assembly language, programming under the KeilμVision2 environment. And it uses the TKS-668B simulator to carry on the debugging.Finally it has carried on the debugging to the experimental system; the experiment has indicated that the system performance is reliable, safe, and stable. And it has met the design requirements completely.
