With the development of Modern Industry and Technology, intellectualized measurements have got a great imporvement in industrial production fields and science research fields. Aiming at the upgrade of the lab's process parameters experiment synthesis system, this paper gives a project of Digital Weight Measurement and CANopen Protocol as an example to study intellectualized measurements.This article firstly introduces the research background, the principle and the theory used in the design process; Then detailedly describes its software and hardware realization process, and the Field Bus in control network field. Finally carries on the error analysis and the summary of this paper. The Field Bus is mainly focused in second chapter and the fifth chapter, the second chapter introduces the OSI reference model, the network conception and terminology, the fifth chapter gives the detailed research of one kind of Field Bus — CAN. This chapter firstly shows its network model, introduces the layer structure and each layer function, then jumps to Application layer, starts to study the selected CANopen protocol which has been extremely popular in Europe, at last gives the realization process of the digital weight measurement to be one minimal function node in CANopen network.(l)Hardware design of the digital weight measurement, includes high precise reference voltage supply, small signal amplifier circuit and its nonlinear compensation, the serial interface communication and Field Bus communication.(2)Software programming and debugging, finished parameter demarcation, measuring range transformation, realization of dynamic zero function, software filtering, output partition linearization and serial communication program.(3)Research of CANopen protocol, gives the detailed description and the project processing of one minimal function device in CANopen network.
