As a newborn alternative at the turning point of the labor—intensive society change into knowledge-intensive society, creative industry is active in the economical system among the most advanced cities, like Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou , become the indispensable element of the city multiple industry system.The emergence of the creative industry is the result of the advancement of the technology and society. It brings the new style of the work and life. The new model of life and work requires new spots. This article analyses the spacial characters of the Creative Industry Centralized Area, secondly combining the theory of the Urban Design get the strategy aim at the construction of the Creative Industry Centralized Area .Firstly, the article gives out the introduction illustrate the background, the objects and range, the purpose and meanings, the method of the research.Then, from the industry character the article summarizes the Creative Industry and the Creative Industry Centralized Area basic conception and compare to the correlative industry centralized area, finally it summarizes the original character.The third part is about the general functional layout of the Creative Industry Centralized Area and the conception, category, objects and principle etc and for example to explain.Then, the next part is the planning principle of the Creative Industry Centralized Area.Finally, the article points out that the strategies of urban design to the Creative Industry Centralized Area : the strategies of the substantial space; the strategies of the innovational culture and for example to explain.
